Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
Processing time
- Personalization and print setup usually take 1–3 business days after your order is placed.
- Printing and packing usually take 2–5 business days.
- During holidays and promotions, processing times may be longer.
Shipping options and rates
- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- Expedited options may be offered at checkout depending on your address.
- Shipping rates are shown at checkout and depend on destination, weight, and speed.
Free shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over $99 before tax and after discounts, delivered within the United States.
Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking link when your order ships. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.
Delivery estimates and delays
Delivery timelines are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier capacity, and other factors can cause delays.
Address issues
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you need a correction, contact us as soon as possible at support@pequebooks.com. Orders already in production or in transit may not be changeable.
Lost or damaged packages
- If your package arrives damaged or the book is misprinted, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. Our Reprint Guarantee applies; we will reprint and reship the affected item at no extra cost.
- If a package is marked delivered but you cannot locate it, check with household members and neighbors and contact the carrier. If still missing after 3 business days, email us and we will help file a claim with the carrier.
Returns
- No returns on shipped personalized books. Personalized books are made to your specifications and cannot be returned once shipped.
- If there is a print or manufacturing issue, our Reprint Guarantee applies (see above).
- Electronic copy on request: after we confirm delivery of your printed book, you may request an electronic copy (for example, PDF or e‑book version) by emailing support@pequebooks.com. Availability may vary by title.
Order changes and cancellations
Personalized items enter production shortly after ordering. We may not be able to cancel or change orders that have entered production. We will do our best if you contact us quickly.
